    Description

    We are seeking a professional Legal Receptionist to join our team in the finance industry. This position will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, providing administrative and clerical support with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors promptly and courteously

    + Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails to appropriate personnel

    + Manage conference room scheduling and preparations for meetings

    + Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and legal documentation

    + Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure security procedures are followed

    + Assist with preparation, filing, and organization of legal and financial documents

    + Support legal and finance teams with administrative tasks as assigned

    + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration or legal studies is a plus

    + Experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or finance environment

    + Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills

    + Strong verbal and written communication abilities

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
