    We’re looking for a someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, diagnosing electrical issues, and helping them choose the best repair or upgrade option. This is a customer-facing advisor role — not heavy install work. Commission-based with strong earning potential. Licensed Journeyman Electrician preferred.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Run scheduled service appointments (no cold calling)

    + Diagnose electrical issues and safety concerns

    + Build and present good/better/best options

    + Explain solutions clearly and confidently

    + Close jobs on-site or schedule installation with our production team

    + Follow Mister Sparky’s standards for punctuality and professionalism

    + Create 5-star customer experiences every time

     

    What You Need

     

    + Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    + Strong communication and people skills

    + Ability to work independently

    + Integrity — we educate customers, not pressure them

    + Comfortable with tablets/technology (Service Titan experience is a bonus)

    Compensation: $64,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
