In this position you'll be providing support to the production department by executing operational duties as defined by safety, quality and productivity parameters.

    What You'll Do for Us

    + Operate multiple filler types and support equipment and/or understand batch mixing for simple, juice and emulsion mixes as well as Pasteurization and homogenization batches.

    Qualification & Requirements

    + High School diploma or GED equivalent

    + 2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Strong knowledge of SAP

    + Strong knowledge of GMP/ HACCP

    + Understanding and knowledge of basic Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts

    + Good math skills, Strong problem solving skills, Strong team interaction.

    Pay Range:$61,200 - $82,800

    Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

     

    Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:7.5

     

    Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
