**Responsibilities** :
- Develop and communicate the product vision, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
- Own, prioritize, and refine the Product Backlog (the master list of features/work) to ensure the highest value items are always at the top.
- Gather requirements, feedback, and insights from customers and business stakeholders, translating them for the development team.
- Focus on delivering the most valuable product increment in each Sprint.
- Define acceptance criteria for features and decide when a feature is complete and ready for release.
**Actions** :
- Clearly communicates the product goal and defines product backlog items.
- Orders and refines the product backlog, often with input from the Developers.
- Collects and incorporates feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Agrees on the Sprint Goal with the Developers.
- Facilitates Scrum events like Sprint Planning, the Daily Scrum, and the Sprint Retrospective.
- Removes impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Coaches the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Protects the team from outside interference.
- Helps the entire organization understand and adopt Scrum.
