BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate **Rehabilitation Manager** (Speech-Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist) to lead our Senior Living home health team in **Gaithersburg, MD** . What You’ll Do

As a Rehabilitation Manager, you will:

+ Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of rehabilitation clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care

+ Supervise and support field-based therapists

+ Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding for rehabilitation staff

+ Coordinate and/or deliver clinical in-services and ongoing training

+ Promote high clinical, ethical, and safety standards in alignment with BAYADA’s mission

What We’re Looking For

+ Current licensure as a **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT)**

+ **Home Health experience required** , including strong **OASIS field experience**

+ Previous supervisory or leadership experience **preferred**

+ Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

+ A passion for mentoring clinicians and improving patient outcomes

Compensation

$90,000 annually** , depending on experience, **plus performance-based incentives
