Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an **SAP Business Data Architect Lead** to join our team in **Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ, Fairfax, VA or Ridley Park, PA** .

Position Responsibilities:

+ Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards

+ Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests

+ Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case

+ Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules

+ Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry

+ Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives

+ Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders

+ Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels

+ Collaborates with architects, process owners, subject matter experts and technical teams to plan and execute data migration strategies

+ Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality data designs

+ Communication and leadership to guide business stakeholders, functional and technical data teams regarding decision justification through challenging data definition, data mapping, validation and cutover activities

+ Validate that data management processes and organization are defined and enabled

+ Extract business data for migration to S/4 HANA from legacy systems

+ Participate in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops with application owners and stakeholders

+ Advise stakeholders on data integration and solution options

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 5+ years’ experience in ERP data architecture and implementation

+ Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams

+ Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Expertise with GOLD application dataset and/or other common systems used by BGS-G.

+ Experience with S/4 HANA implementation and/or migration of legacy SAP implementation to S/4 Hana

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations

Summary pay range: $141,100 - $204,700
