Do you prefer working overnights and want a rewarding, meaningful job?  Evergreen Knoll is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as an Overnight Resident Assistant.  If you are passionate about bringing joy to the lives of seniors and committed to providing exceptional care, we want to hear from you!  Experience is not necessary; we will provide all the training and support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities:

+ Assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled.

+ Performing housekeeping duties.

+ Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.

+ Passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.

Shift/Hours:

+ 10p – 6:30a, part-time, including every other weekend.

Pay Rate:

+ Resident Assistant $20 - $22

+ CNA $22 - $24

- Shift differentials for overnights and weekends!

- We are excited to offer paid time off and a 403b retirement plan open to all employees, both effective immediately upon hire.  For employees hired at 30+ hours/week we have great health insurance that offers a variety of coverage and cost levels, and dental insurance.  Full-time employees (40 hours/week) receive paid holidays!

Qualifications:

We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly for this entry level position.

Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility.

Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.

Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.
