Our client, a respected nonprofit organization supporting more than 1,000 dedicated team members across the US, is seeking a Payroll Lead who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and purpose. If you have hands-on Paycor expertise and extensive nonprofit payroll processing experience, this contract-to-hire opportunity could be the next step in your career journey.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and execute full-cycle payroll for all employees

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and nonprofit-specific regulations

    + Administer and optimize Paycor payroll systems

    + Partner with HR and Finance teams to resolve complex payroll matters

    + Uphold confidentiality and the highest standards of data integrity

    + Mentor and support payroll/HR colleagues

    Requirements

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    + Minimum 5+ years’ payroll experience within nonprofit organizations

    + Expertise using Paycor payroll systems

    + Payroll managerial experience is ideal

    + Demonstrated background in HR payroll administration

    + Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees

    + Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + Strong understanding of payroll tax filings and compliance

     

    Long Term Salary Range: $73,000- $75,000 Benefits available to contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
