    Job Description:

    + Document physician visits in the EMR system.

    + Assist with medical instruments as needed by physicians.

    + Conduct work-ups after doctor visits with patients.

    + Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and treatments.

    Qualifications:

    + 1+ year of Ophthalmic experience is Mandatory

    + Associate OR B.S. in Science in (Chemistry OR Biology OR Biochemistry) is Mandatory

    + Knowledge of Ophthalmology and Nextgen systems is Preferred

    + Experience in medical assisting and patient care is Preferred

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Helotes, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
