As a member of our Risk Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the strength and resilience of JPMorgan Chase. You'll help drive responsible business growth by proactively identifying and addressing new and emerging risks, applying your expert judgment to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers, and communities. In this role, you will support the Card Risk Governance team by managing various FRB requests. You'll also assist the Card CRO Leadership Team with a variety of inquiries, including Leadership Edge, EOS Action Group, budget management, headcount, and organizational charts-both within the team and across the broader organization. Additionally, you'll coordinate the completion of action items related to strategic planning, recurring deliverables, and emerging issues. Your ability to influence across a matrixed management structure, collaborating with multiple functions, business lines, and risk leaders, will be key to your success.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Provide leadership in Card risk governance activities and the Card Risk change management process, including advisory groups and committees, as well as supporting new business and reputation risk reviews.
+ Serve as a central point of contact to organize key executive and recurring regulatory requests.
+ Foster communication across all teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
+ Manage special projects to deliver critical outcomes for the Card Risk function.
+ Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
+ Ensure timely execution of all periodic reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and functional review processes; drive accountability and completion of action items.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with peers both inside and outside the organization, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years of professional experience.
+ Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with strong judgment, team-building, and presentation skills.
+ Prior experience in governance or credit risk, including translating findings into actionable plans.
+ Ability to thrive under continual deadline pressure.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong conflict management skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously.
