NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Our NeuroRestorative facilities located in San Fernando Valley, CA, are fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facilities that specialize in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Shift Available

+ Per-Diem DAY & NOC shift

+ DAY Shift: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm

+ NOC Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am

+ 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT)

+ FRIDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

+ DT after 12th hour

Licensed Vocational Nurse

+ Salary Range: $28.00-$31.50 per hour, based on experience

+ $2 per hour NOC shift differential

+ Overtime pay after 8 th hour (OT pay = $42.00-$47.25 per hour)

Qualifications

+ Current state LVN license

+ Current CPR/First Aid certification

+ Minimum one year of experience

+ Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving

+ Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
