    Are you a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, inbound sales environment? We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Inbound Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging prospects, uncovering business needs, and delivering value-based solutions while consistently exceeding sales goals.

     

    You’ll work in a collaborative, performance-driven culture that values feedback, continuous improvement, and professional growth—while supporting customers ranging from small businesses to established organizations.

     

    What You’ll Do

    Sales & Revenue Generation

    + **Handle inbound sales calls and web chats from new and existing customers**

    + **Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions**

    + **Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value**

    + **Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets**

    + **Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline**

    Customer Engagement & Account Management

    + **Address customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally**

    + **Demonstrate product value to decision-makers using consultative selling techniques**

    + **Build long-term customer satisfaction and trust**

    + **Maintain strong internal and external relationships**

    Sales Operations & Reporting

    + **Document all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)**

    + **Provide regular updates and forecasts to management**

    + **Manage time effectively to meet productivity standards and KPIs**

    + **Stay informed on competitive offerings and positioning strategies**

    What You Bring

    + **Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, inbound/outbound sales, account management, business development, or SaaS sales**

    + **Proven success in a high-volume, transactional sales environment**

    + **Strong ability to communicate with and influence decision-makers**

    + **Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills**

    + **Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)**

    + **Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills**

    + **Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment**

    + **Education**

    + **High School Diploma or equivalent required**

    + **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or Technology preferred**
