Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon.-Fri., 8 hours/day, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
The start and end times of the workday may vary depending on crop and weather conditions. Work may begin earlier or end later than scheduled. Evening, night, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties associated with SOC/OES 45-2091, Agricultural Equipment Operator. Duties include assisting with daily farm operations, including but not limited to operating agricultural equipment such as combines, tractors, and farm trucks for planting, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing, and harvesting crops. Workers will maintain and make minor repairs to farm equipment; handle and haul grain and other farm commodities; perform rock picking; maintain farm grounds, including mowing; and perform other agricultural tasks as assigned. Crops produced include wheat, soybeans, and corn.

Work is performed outdoors and may be subject to varying weather conditions.
All applicants must be able, willing, and qualified to perform the work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Workers must present proof of legal authorization to work in the United States within three (3) days of hire.
The employer may provide a cell phone to the employee for work-related purposes.
### Minimum Education Required
No High School Diploma or GED required.
### Minimum Experience Required
Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Three (3) months experience is required.
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license within two (2) weeks of reporting to work and possess and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
Worker must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
Able to perform work that requires exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing or pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over, and repetitive movements.

$17.65 - $19.33 / Hourly
### Additional Compensation
Wages may vary based on experience, as determined by the employer.
Bonus opportunities may be offered based on work performance, at the sole discretion of the employer.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

### Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
