    Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a highly motivated - **MQ-25** **Senior Project Engineer** to join the **MQ-25 Product Support Integrated Logistics Support** team located in **Hazelwood, Missouri** .

     

    This position will support multiple integration, logistics and contract activities across the MQ-25 Program under the BGS MQ-25 scope of work.

     

    This is an exciting time to be a part of the MQ-25 program! The MQ-25 program is currently working on the Engineering and Manufacturing Development of 9 flight vehicles and two full-scale test articles for the Navy. In 2021, the MQ-25 test airplane was the first autonomous flying vehicle to refuel a manned aircraft in flight.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Supports the MQ-25 Program through cross-functional integration within the BGS and BDS organizations and externally with the U.S. Navy customer

    + Participates in the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and other contractual documents in support of program efforts. Participates in proposal development to integrate support element requirements. Responds to changes to the SOW, assessing impact and negotiating proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules.

    + Supports integration efforts associated with Engineering, Supply Chain, Support Equipment, Retrofit, Provisioning, LSA, Technical Publications, and Spares

    + Supports customer and program meetings, major milestone events, and design integration of logistics elements

    + Identifies performance metrics. Plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the life of the project or program.

    + Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity. Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned. Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans.

    + Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts

    + Conducts status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs

    + Reviews program (BDS) change proposals and assesses overall Product Support Impact

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

    + 4+ years of experience providing technical leadership or project management to cross-functional engineering projects

    + Experience in proposal development

    + Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Experience on MQ-25 or other autonomous or military aircraft

    + Active US Security Clearance

    + 3+ years’ experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

    + Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, aerospace engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), aviation technology, aviation maintenance, data science, data analytics, construction management, or logistics

    Summary Pay Range: $129,200 - $174,800
