Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs any combination of clerical and warehouse duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures that may be complex and time bound. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company
Job Duties:
• Provide clerical and administrative support to include, but not limited to: writing, typing, or entering information into computer to prepare correspondence; preparing, issuing, and sending out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks; conducting limited research; operating various office machines; opening and routing incoming mail, answering correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail; answering telephone, conveying messages, and running errands; stamping or numbering forms by hand or machine; and photocopying documents
• Analyze and interpret numerical data and perform basic math functions.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.
• Operate a pallet jack and forklift along with SAE scanning equipment to select orders.
• Inventory and stock break room supplies, janitorial supplies, and deliver mail and correspondence to all departments.
• Ability to lift and stack cases up to 80 pounds and be self-motivated to obey strict timelines.
• Pass orders out to customers obeying HACCP/Food Safety rules.

Required Qualifications:
• High School graduate/GED
• 6 Months – 1 Year Order selection and/or warehouse related work experience operating a pallet jack and/or forklift
