    We are hiring ENTRY level HVAC Installers with WEEKLY pay!

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for learning and working in the construction industry, particularly in HVAC systems for residential new construction. This position requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload tools and materials at the construction site.

    + Measure distances with a tape measure.

    + Use hand and power tools effectively.

    + Fabricate or alter parts at construction sites, using shears, hammers, punches, or drills.

    + Utilize mastic on ductwork.

    + Install Flex Duct/Register Boots in building attics.

    + Perform other related tasks as required.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous outdoor work experience with comfortability working in all weather conditions.

    + Reliability and ability to drive directly to job sites each day.

    + Proficiency in using a tape measure or willingness to learn quickly.

    + Willingness to learn construction skills and retain knowledge about HVAC systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Any construction experience is preferred, but not required.

    + Possession of any certifications is preferred, but not required.

    + Ability to take direction well from Project Manager.

    + Ability to work professionally with a crew on site.

    Work Environment

     

    The role involves working on a construction site every day, directly reporting to the site without the need to visit an office. You will work within a crew of 4-6 people. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with optional Saturdays. Contractors must provide their own work boots and appropriate clothing, but steel toes are not required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sewickley, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
