    Job Title: Laborer** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Laborer responsible for refurbishing and cleaning aluminum formwork. This role involves using hammers to remove excess cement, performing quality checks on aluminum forms, spray painting, and bundling and loading forms onto trucks.

    Responsibilities

    + Refurbish and clean aluminum formwork.

    + Use hammers to knock off excess cement.

    + Perform quality checks on aluminum forms.

    + Spray paint forms as needed.

    + Bundle and load forms onto trucks.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction.

    + Proficiency with hand tools.

    + Ability to perform manual labor.

    + Capability to lift 50 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in landscaping, general labor, or carpentry.

    + Familiarity with power tools and concrete work.

    Work Environment

    You will be part of a small team of 35 individuals working in the yard, with a dress code that includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and T-shirts. Please note that cut-off T-shirts are not permitted. Work hours are from 6 am to 4:30 pm, and you may move between departments based on where help is needed.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
