    Responsibilities

    + Perform machining and in-process inspections as needed.

    + Conduct part and tool setups independently.

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Perform standard and periodic maintenance on equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Machining experience with **Manual Mills or Lathe** .

    + Proficiency in CNC operations and troubleshooting.

    + Possession of **personal tools** such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and parallels.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

    Company paid benefit of one-year annual salary 10 Company Paid Holidays (effective date of hire)

    Company paid PTO of 112 hours (two weeks and 4 days) accrued biweekly at 4.31 hours per pay period

    401K through ADP with a company match of .50 to the dollar up to 4% of salary
