    What You’ll Do

    In this role, you'll be hands-on in the production process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across a variety of tasks, including:

    + Palletizing, depalletizing, packing, sealing, and assembling products

    + Blending materials and connecting ingredient bags

    + Reworking and sanitizing as needed to meet quality standards

    + Performing visual inspections to ensure product integrity

    + Maintaining a clean and organized work area

    + Reporting material shortages, safety issues, or quality concerns clearly and promptly

    + Flexing between production areas and assisting teammates where needed

    Basic Requirements

    + Must be 18 years of age or older

    + Must pass a background check

    + Ability to work flexible hours and different tasks as production needs shift

    + Commitment to safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
