Posting Summary
The Marketing Operations Professional supports the Professional and Continuing Education ( PACE ) division by leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing projects and campaign initiatives to meet enrollment goals. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and tracking comprehensive project plans across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, creative assets, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are aligned and met. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional PACE teams and external vendors to drive outreach initiatives that support program marketing strategies and enrollment goals.
A key component of this role is the daily management and execution of email marketing campaigns in HubSpot. This includes coordinating content collection, guiding copy development – often utilizing AI marketing software, ensuring accurate and timely deployment, and maintaining quality control throughout the process.
Additional responsibilities include facilitating planning meetings, supporting ideation and campaign development, gathering and synthesizing data, generating progress reports, and maintaining all project-related documentation—such as project trackers, dashboards, requirements, dependencies, timelines, and internal communication records. Oversee the coordination of creative asset production (e.g., print collateral, video, and digital materials) for all marketing campaigns. Recruit and coordinate student advocates as needed in support of program marketing. Reports to PACE Marketing Director.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field and at least 4-5 years related experience required. Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable CRM system, and Smartsheet. Knowledge of project management and experience in project planning & implementation; effective writing and editing skills, effective analytic, interpersonal, and communications skills; computer proficiency with email and office software, and ability to work within a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience managing a wide array of marketing vendors and marketing projects.
Anticipated Pay Range $64,325-$72,625

Special Conditions A probationary period may be required, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
