What You’ll Do

+ Design and analyze grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and site layouts.

+ Prepare technical reports, calculations, and construction documentation.

+ Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other modeling tools.

+ Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

+ Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative design process.

+ Perform site visits, field reports, and respond to contractor RFIs.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

+ EIT or PE certification with 5+ years of experience in site development and civil design.

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong understanding of permitting requirements.

+ Excellent communication and visualization skills—both hand and digital.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
