Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support an industrial/manufacturing project. The successful candidate will be stationed onsite and primarily focus on this specific project, working alongside other project managers who are supporting different scopes.

Responsibilities

+ Facilitate and manage overall project schedules and financial requirements to ensure project success and profitability.

+ Assist with preconstruction efforts, including bid packages, trade buyouts, and the development, execution, and management of subcontracts.

+ Oversee project execution, field staff, and resources while developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and A/E disciplines.

+ Develop, update, and manage the overall baseline schedule.

+ Lead all project meetings, from preconstruction through construction progress to project completion.

+ Establish QA/QC initiatives and procedures to ensure compliance with specifications.

+ Perform cost management and forecasting on a monthly basis.

+ Implement IIPP programs to maintain a safe and injury-free work environment.

+ Document and manage construction change processes concerning cost and schedule impacts.

Essential Skills

+ 10+ years of Project Management/Construction Management experience.

+ Experience supporting industrial type projects.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, estimation, QA/QC, Autodesk, Job Order Contracting, and Primavera.

+ Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

+ Excellent written and oral communication talents.

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.

+ Familiarity with AutoDesk Build (PlanGrid), Microsoft Office Products, and Primavera P6.

Work Environment

This role requires working onsite at the project location, typically off 99th Ave. The working schedule is Monday through Friday, with start times usually at 5am, occasionally involving 10-hour days. The company provides a laptop, cell phone, and vehicle allowance. The position involves no out-of-state travel and focuses solely on local projects. This is a salaried role with no mention of dress code.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
