    Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor

    Job Description

    We are seeking experienced Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) for remote roles. Candidates MUST be licensed in at least ONE of the following states: Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. You will manage construction survey projects, prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, boundary adjustments, and more.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage construction survey projects.

    + Prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys.

    + Create legal descriptions and boundary adjustments.

    + Oversee project documentation and communication.

    + Collaborate with a team of surveyors distributed across various states.

    Essential Skills

    + A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional land surveying.

    + Proficiency in construction project management, ALTA surveys, boundary adjustments, and legal exhibits.

    + Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in WA, OR, or ID.

    + Strong communication and documentation skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Proficiency in Civil 3D.

    + Experience with CAD is a plus.

    + A clean driving record.

    + Ability to pass a post-offer drug test.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Federal Way, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
