    Job Description

    We are seeking a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves client interface, project management, and the use of general computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage the design and construction of large-scale industrial projects across various sectors, including airports, automotive, food & beverage, parcel, postal, power, and heavy industrial.

    + Coordinate project phases from conceptual planning through design, construction, and occupancy.

    + Organize and prioritize tasks based on customer needs, ensuring efficient project execution and resource allocation.

    + Communicate effectively with clients and team members, articulating project goals and updates.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and control systems.

    + Assist in scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and internal coordination for projects.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 3+ years of experience in project engineering or management, ideally in airports, baggage, controls, or automation.

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a to-do list effectively.

    + Excellent communication skills for articulating thoughts and project details.

    + Proficiency in using Bluebeam and general computer applications.

    + Ability to learn and adapt to unique processes within the company.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + GPA of 3.0 or higher.

    + Experience in conveyor systems is highly desirable.

    + Background in mechanical engineering, general contracting, or subcontracting is a plus.

    + Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and estimating in project management.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.
