• Engineering Technician

    Actalent (Huntsville, AL)


    + Experience with troubleshooting and mechanical assembly.

    + Proficiency in sub-assembly and repair techniques.

    + Capability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Hands-on experience with soldering, though not a regular duty.

    + Mechanical inclination and understanding of engineering support.

    + Ability to use oscilloscopes and prototype assembly knowledge.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Associate Degree in a technical field preferred.

    + Prior experience in a mechanically inclined role.

    + Time management skills to support production and RMA schedules.

    + Critical inspection skills for reviewing incoming products.

    + Ability to assist with RCCA and report trends to the QA department.

    + Experience with small component assembly and hand tools.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
