    What You’ll Do

    + Oversee projects—manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

    + Lead and mentor small teams of architects and designers.

    + Develop conceptual designs and presentation drawings.

    + Prepare reports, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and NYSED forms.

    + Conduct site visits and document existing conditions.

    + Create schematic designs and construction documents using REVIT and AutoCAD.

    + Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants throughout all phases.

    + Attend key meetings and manage construction administration.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Experience: 5+ years in the A/E industry.

    + Technical Skills: Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD.

    + Project Expertise: Familiarity with K-12, Higher Education, and Municipal projects.

    + Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

    + Credentials: Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.

    + Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
