Job Title: Fractional COO / Operations Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a fractional, part-time Operations Consultant who can also serve as an Executive Coach for senior management. The goal is to elevate internal leadership and strengthen operational systems without disrupting existing workflows.

Responsibilities

+ Provide ongoing mentorship and executive coaching to managers.

+ Design and refine operational systems and workflows.

+ Implement and monitor KPIs for performance visibility.

+ Improve leadership confidence, delegation, and decision-making.

+ Support a structured, scalable operations framework.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Background as COO, Operations Director, or Practice Management Leader.

+ Experience with aesthetic/plastic surgery practices or high-volume medical practices.

+ Experience in multi-location or rapidly scaling environments.

+ Strong capabilities in KPI development and dashboard creation.

+ Process optimization & SOP implementation.

+ Leadership mentoring and communication coaching.

+ Accountability systems and operational structure.

+ Strong preference for someone who has scaled an aesthetic or surgical practice from mid-six to multi-seven figures.

+ Must understand the physician-operator dynamic.

+ Direct experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or clinical practice environments.

Work Environment

This is a fractional, part-time consultant role with a preference for in-person engagement, though remote work is considered for some components. The initial engagement is a 3-month trial with the option to extend.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $200.00 - $400.00/hr.
