Robert Half is partnering with a Washington County commercial construction client in the recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing construction projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication and operations.

• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.

• Review construction plans and ensure they align with project requirements.

• Coordinate resources, schedules, and materials to support efficient project execution.

• Track project budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.

• Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports and updates.

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project phases.

• Support the team in identifying and resolving potential risks or issues.

• Facilitate meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Requirements • Previous experience in project management or construction coordination.

• Familiarity with commercial construction processes and practices.

• Ability to interpret and work with construction plans and documents.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project tracking tools and software.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
