Description

We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Title & Tag Clerk with proven automotive industry experience to join our team in Melbourne, Florida. This long-term contract role is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant title and registration processing across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with automotive title processes, a strong understanding of state regulations, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive title searches to verify ownership and identify liens or discrepancies

+ Review, resolve, and clear title issues to ensure full compliance and accuracy

+ Prepare and review preliminary title reports to support automotive transactions

+ Process title and tag documentation accurately and efficiently for multiple locations

+ Scan, organize, and maintain precise digital and physical records

+ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve title-related challenges in a timely manner

+ Utilize Reynolds and Reynolds software for data entry, tracking, and reporting

+ Maintain current knowledge of state and federal title regulations and procedures

+ Ensure all title and registration work meets legal, regulatory, and company standards

Requirements

• Process title and tag documentation accurately and efficiently for multiple locations

• Proven experience in title searches, clearing, and examination.

• Familiarity with preliminary title reports and related documentation.

• Proficiency in scanning and organizing records for efficient access.

• Hands-on experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of tag and title processes and regulations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
