    Description

    Join our client's team as a Program Financial Analyst and play a key role in supporting financial operations for critical programs in a secure environment.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support program success.

    + Develop and track budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    + Prepare monthly billings, reports, and variance analyses.

    + Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, GAAP, and other regulations.

    + Collaborate with program managers to align financial and operational goals.

    + Drive process improvements and enhance reporting systems.

    + Support audits, incurred cost proposals, and revenue recognition activities.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    + 3–5 years of experience in FP& A, cost accounting, or similar roles.

    + Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).

    + U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

    Preferred:

    + Experience in manufacturing or production environments.

    + Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic ERP.

    + CMA or FP& A certification.

    + Knowledge of government accounting and CAS Standards.
