Description

We are looking for a Senior Field Financial Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will act as a strategic financial partner, delivering insights to drive profitability and operational improvements at the market level. This position requires a keen ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations and collaborate across teams to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Regional Vice President and their team to provide financial guidance and support.

• Analyze market-level profitability, operational efficiency, and P& L performance through regular reviews.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across financial and operational metrics.

• Develop clear and impactful narratives from complex financial data to inform decision-making.

• Create and maintain financial dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as Power BI.

• Assist in forecasting and budgeting by integrating data-driven models with operational insights.

• Monitor forecast accuracy and perform variance analysis with actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with teams across recruitment, business development, and clinical operations to enhance overall efficiency.

• Conduct in-depth branch-level assessments to uncover improvement opportunities.

• Provide financial modeling and business case development for market expansion or new service lines.

Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, including profitability and operational metrics.

• Strong skills in financial modeling and forecasting processes.

• Expertise in variance analysis and delivering actionable insights.

• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.

• Ability to translate financial data into operational strategies and recommendations.

• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

• Experience in data mining techniques and advanced analytics.
