Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team in Kingsburg, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining efficient financial operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your organizational and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage billing transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Prepare and distribute customer billing statements and invoices promptly.

• Collaborate with the collections team to address outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Maintain and update records within the computerized billing system.

• Verify vendor invoices and ensure proper entry into the system.

• Support order entry processes and ensure accurate documentation.

• Liaise with logistics and distribution teams to coordinate billing related to shipments.

• Generate financial reports and summaries to support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding billing functions.

• Address customer inquiries related to invoices and account balances. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in computerized billing systems and invoice management.

• Strong understanding of billing collection processes and statement preparation.

• Experience in handling vendor invoices and order entry.

• Familiarity with logistics and distribution billing is preferred.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

• High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
