    Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Los Angeles, California, this on-site role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage accounts payable transactions with precision and timeliness.

    • Verify, review, and reconcile invoices along with supporting documentation.

    • Utilize QuickBooks to accurately track and manage payables.

    • Perform data analysis and reconciliations in Excel using formulas and other tools.

    • Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

    • Conduct check runs and manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.

    • Code and categorize invoices accurately to the correct accounts.

    • Collaborate with team members to support other accounting functions when required. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing and tracking financial data.

    • Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas and perform reconciliations.

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

    • Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of work independently and efficiently.

    • Reliable and available to work on-site in Los Angeles, California.

    • Familiarity with coding invoices and account coding processes.

    • Knowledge of check runs and ACH transactions is essential.
