Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio, on a Contract to permanent employment basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation and intellectual property matters, as well as the ability to manage multiple cases effectively. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to resolving complex legal issues.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs, particularly in intellectual property disputes.

• Manage discovery processes, such as responding to and drafting document requests, interrogatories, and deposition materials.

• Handle trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings in various forums, including before relevant organizations.

• Conduct legal research on intellectual property matters and prepare detailed memorandums.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.

• Assist in trial preparation and provide case review support to attorneys as needed.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all legal documentation and processes.

• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and resolve complex litigation cases. Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Possess 2-4 years of experience in general litigation.

• Demonstrated ability to manage legal research and document preparation independently.

• Exceptional analytical and writing skills to craft compelling legal arguments.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Licensed attorney with expertise in civil litigation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
