We’re seeking a Controller for a well-established global manufacturer of advanced metal components serving high-performance industries. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the full accounting function, manage a small team, and partner closely with senior finance leadership. The Controller will be instrumental in financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and driving process improvements across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

+ Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations

+ Lead and participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

+ Develop, implement, and maintain efficient accounting processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy and data integrity

+ Establish and enforce controls to safeguard company assets, reduce risk, and prevent errors or misreporting

+ Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

+ Participate in budgeting and forecasting for balance sheet and cash flow

+ Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards across multiple jurisdictions

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

+ Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment

+ 2+ years of supervisory or people management experience

+ Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, SOX, and audit processes

+ Hands-on experience with full-cycle close (month, quarter, year-end)

+ Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

+ Experience with financial reporting and ERP systems
