    Description

    We are hiring for an Administrative Assistant for our client; a financial company. This position is an Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Director and assist the Sales Team. This remote role requires candidates to work exclusively in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the latest office software, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries promptly and professionally

     

    Schedule appointments and manage complex calendars for the Managing Director and sales team

     

    Prepare, edit, and type documents, reports, and correspondence

     

    Execute accurate data entry for sales and client records

     

    Code financial information and sales commissions using MS Excel

     

    Create and update spreadsheets to track sales team activities and performance

     

    Prepare insightful and visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint for internal and client meetings

     

    Coordinate remote communications and follow-up tasks across teams

     

    Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion

     

    Perform additional administrative duties as required to support team efficiency

    Requirements:

    Associate’s degree required

     

    Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial services or sales environment

     

    MUST have an Associates Degree at minimum.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (functions, formulas, coding, and commission tracking) and PowerPoint

     

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

     

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently

     

    Demonstrated experience managing calendars and scheduling in a remote environment

     

    High attention to detail and accuracy

     

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team and adapt to shifting priorities

     

    Must be able to work full-time remotely in Eastern Standard Time (EST) only.
