The Turbo and Reciprocating Compressor Upgrades and Revamps
Sales team is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated
individual ready to step into a customer-facing role! In this position, you
will drive the technical sales and business development for the Controls and
Automation of Turbo and Recip Compressors, focusing on delivering customized
solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Join a winning team where

How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Leadthe overall sales development process for Controls Mods & Ups Projectsrelated to centrifugal and reciprocating compression. Responsibilitiesinclude mining and qualifying new opportunities, developing winningstrategies and value propositions, identifying and influence keydecision-makers, and successfully navigating complex internal and externalselling environments.
+ Responsiblefor forecasting Controls M&U business for Services North America,including Salesforce funnel management and ensuring the accuracy andquality of forecasts.
+ Practicea “Clean Handover" to the commercial and executing teams for everynew project. Responsibilities include final Purchase Order review andcapture, and leading/participating in all internal and external kickoffmeetings.
+ Developand nurture client relationships and continually create new ones throughactive onsite visits and engagement sessions, working together with ClientManagers and Regional Sales teams. Capture and share customer intelligencewithin Siemens Energy.
+ Participatein and potentially lead Siemens Energy business growth initiatives asneeded.
+ Manageexpense governance within Siemens Energy corporate guidelines.
What You Bring
+ ABachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a degree in Electrical,Controls, Automation Engineering or a related Engineering field ispreferred.
+ Minimum of 8 years’ combined experiencewith sales/business development and Controls and Automation Systems isrequired; Candidates with more experience may be eligible for a moresenior level role.
+ Strategicorientation with detailed knowledge of controls and automation products,services, and markets is required.
+ Willingnessto travel domestically is required.
+ Experience with control systems for rotatingequipment sales and/or capital project business development is a plus.
+ Familiarwith industrial compressors, including an understanding of compressorperformance and application principles is preferred.
+ Abilityto work collaboratively with diverse teams and across organizational andinternational boundaries; Must be self-motivated with high energy driveand business acumen.
