    UHS (Endicott, NY)


    Position OverviewProvides personal care and expanded scope of task activities to patients, under the direction of a a Registered Nurse. Provides rehabilitative exercises under the supervision of a Rehabilitation Therapist. Reports to Home Health Aide Supervisor for overall guidance and assignments, and to their assigned Registered Nurse for supervision of patient care.

    Residential Healthcare Facility, UHS Senior Living at Ideal

    Primary Work Shift:

    Evening Rotational

    Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours:

    20

    Compensation Range:

    $15.00 - $20.74 per hour, depending on experience

    Education/Experience

    Minimum Required:

    + HS Diploma/GED and successful completion of Home Health Aide program

    + OR

    + Current HHA Certification (no HS diploma/GED required if have current HHA certification)

    Preferred:

    + None

     

    License/Certification

    Minimum Required:

    + Current HHA Certification

    + OR

    + Obtain HHA within 12 months upon completion of HHA program
