Facility:Child Health PavilionDepartment:Mental Health Resources ConnectionSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The Office Coordinator III is responsible for managing and coordinating all office/assistive staff support for the Mental Health Resource Connection (MHRC) within Dayton Children's Hospital. This position monitors all office functions in order to provide efficient customer service and provides leadership/guidance/assistance to clerical and clinical support staff.
Represents MHRC staff by handling and screening incoming calls, transmitting messages, receives and documents provider and parent referrals and distributes the referrals to staff in a timely manner. Performs a variety of clerical duties for office staff. Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment. Provides administrative support to staff by inputting data, compiling the monthly newsletter, preparing monthly and quarterly statistics, maintaining mental health resource lists, and coordinating provider visits. Implementation and ongoing management of MHRC’s online resource directory, and preparing various documents as assigned. Participating in ongoing collaboration meetings across the mental health service lines to engage in quality and system improvement processes. Enhances the MHRC’s customer service reputation, by assisting providers and families to resolve expressed concerns, while keeping information confidential.

+ day shift, Monday - Friday
+ 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
+ no weekends or holidays
+ serving the Mental Health Resource Connection at the Connor Child Health Pavilion
