    What You’ll Do

    + Support the BDC/Internet team by managing inbound and outbound customer communication

    + Schedule sales and service appointments

    + Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

    + Assist in tracking leads, performance metrics, and follow-up processes

    + Provide top-tier customer service while helping improve response times and workflow efficiency

    + Work closely with management and other departments to support daily operations

    What We’re Looking For

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Comfortable with phones, email, and online customer communication

    + Basic CRM or dealership experience is a plus, but not required

    + Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

    + Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
