As the Retail Manager, you will play a key role in driving store success through effective leadership, creative merchandising, and community-focused operations.
$750 sign on bonus
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise, train, and support staff and volunteers
+ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote growth and community engagement
+ Stay current with fashion trends to ensure relevant inventory and displays
+ Design and maintain visually appealing store layouts and store displays
+ Assist with sorting and processing donated clothing and household items
+ Maintain organization and cleanliness of the store and donation drop-off areas
+ Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and customers
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
+ Experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
+ Supervisory experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Valid New York State driver’s license required
