    Nursing Educator / RN Instructor – Full-Time (On-Site)

     

    Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RN) with a BSN or MSN to join our Practical Nursing program as Nursing Educators / Nursing Instructors. No prior teaching experience required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver engaging nursing education in classroom and clinical settings.

    + Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at clinical sites.

    + Teach nursing techniques, ensuring students gain skill proficiency.

    + Assess student learning outcomes and maintain accurate records.

    + Prepare future nurses for an exciting and meaningful career!

    Qualifications

    + BSN or MSN degree.

    + Active RN license in Connecticut.

    + 3+ years of recent clinical experience.

    + Background in Med-Surg, Long-Term Care, or similar areas.

    + Teaching experience is a plus.

    + Comfortable using technology.
