    Lincoln Tech is seeking HVAC Mechanics and Technicians to join our team as HVAC Service Technician Instructors. In this role, you will educate and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals through our accredited training program, providing both theory and hands-on instruction in a state-of-the-art facility.

    What You'll Do:

    + Teach hands-on HVAC skills to motivated students

    + Work in our modern labs and classrooms - no crawling through attics

    + Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends or emergency rotations

    + Share your real-world experience through demonstrations and lab projects

    + Help students master the skills you've been perfecting for years

    What We're Looking For:

    + 3+ years HVAC field experience

    + EPA 608 certification

    + S1 or S2 license

    + High school diploma/GED

    + Passion for helping others learn the trade
