Lincoln Tech is seeking a Graphic Designer, who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual solutions across digital and print media. This role collaborates closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop compelling graphics that support brand strategy and business objectives. The Graphic Designer manages multiple projects simultaneously and ensures all design deliverables are creative, consistent, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong design skills, a polished portfolio, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content. This is a hybrid role.

     

    Duties & Responsibilities

     

    + Execute a wide range of design projects from concept to production, including digital, print, branding, and marketing collateral.

    + Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative team members to maintain brand consistency across deliverables.

    + Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality.

    + Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and visual identity initiatives under the direction of senior team members.

    + Take responsibility for assigned work, with openness to feedback and refinement.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    + Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    + Self-starter with initiative, while also receptive to guidance and collaboration.

    + Creative thinker with an eye for detail and originality.

    + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).

    + Strong typography skills (font selection, typesetting, layouts).

    + Motion graphics/video editing experience (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) preferred but not required.

    + Photography and image editing skills, including retouching and color correction.

    + Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Airtable).

    + Strong conceptual and creative thinking: ability to develop original ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and branding.

    + Layout and composition expertise for both digital and print media.

    + Ability to create and maintain style guides to ensure brand consistency across all materials.

    + Designing for multiple platforms: web, mobile, social media, print, and environmental graphics.

    + Illustration and iconography: ability to create custom graphics and visual assets.

    + Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility: ensuring high-quality, visually appealing outcomes.

    + Problem-solving and troubleshooting design and technical challenges as they arise.

    + Staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep work fresh and innovative.

     

    Education and Experience

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field from an accredited institution

    + 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual branding, or a related creative field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work

    + Experience producing design projects from concept to completion, including digital, print, and branding campaigns

    + Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across print, digital, and campaign design

    + Prior work in creative agencies, in-house design team, or freelance roles
