    Base salary of this position starting at $50,000 plus opportunity to earn monthly incentive based on revenue, gross margin dollars and activity goals. Incentive earnings for successful, tenured representatives of $150,000 or beyond.

     

    JOB INFORMATION: National Sales Representative (NSR)

     

    The National Sales Representative is part of our brokerage division and works on selling our services and finding companies to move customers' freight nationwide. Our NSR's work at building a book of business through calls, emails and various innovative tools. We strive to listen to our customers' needs and problems and provide solutions!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop a diverse book of business.

    + Pursue new clients through cold outreach.

    + Meet or exceed monthly goals.

    Skills and Qualities:

    + Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales and negotiation skills.

    + Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

    + Effective problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

    + Persistent and solution-oriented

    Related Experience:

    + Logistics or truckload sales.

    + B2B inside sales roles.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years in B2B inside sales preferred.

    + Higher education preferred but not required.

    + Strong presentation and communication skills.

    + Understanding of marketing, sales tools, and customer service.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research.

    + Strong work ethic and integrity.

     

    Job Type: Full-time, on-site in our Raleigh, NC office, M-F (8am - 5pm or 8:30- 5:30pm options)

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Base salary of this position is starting at $50,000 with additional opportunity to earn incentive based on activity and margin goals. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
