    Position: Program Manager – Residential Services

     

    Pay: $21.25 – $21.75 per hour

    What You’ll Do

    As a Program Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing one of our residential programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and a positive living environment. This role combines leadership, advocacy, and direct support, making every day unique and meaningful.

     

    Your Impact

     

    + Lead and mentor a team of direct care staff and nurses

    + Coordinate and implement individualized care plans

    + Facilitate Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings

    + Ensure compliance with DHS licensing and ICF regulations

    + Foster meaningful relationships with families, guardians, and case managers

    + Support individuals in setting and achieving personal goals

    + Manage household budgets and individual finances

    + Oversee program documentation, audits, and incident reporting

    + Provide hands-on care (20 hours/week), including 2 weekend shifts/month and 1 evening shift/week

    Requirements

    What You Bring

    To qualify under MN Rule 245D, you must meet one of the following:

    + Bachelor's in human services + 1 year direct care experience

    + Associate degree + 2 years direct care experience

    + Diploma in a related field + 3 years direct care experience

    + 50 hours of training + 4 years of supervised direct care experience

    Additional Requirements:

    + 1 year of supervisory experience preferred

    + Valid MN driver’s license and clean driving record

    + Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and Medication Administration certifications

    + Pass a DHS background check

    + Physical ability to lift 60 lbs. and support daily tasks

    Experience:
