About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Brokerage Relationship Manager** to build, maintain, and grow relationships within Independent Solutions. This role involves frequent interaction with FiNet advisors to understand their technology needs and deliver effective solutions. This role will serve as a liaison between Wealth & Investment Management technology teams and financial advisors, ensuring smooth operations, resolving escalations, and supporting brokerage technology requests. The individual will handle technical escalations, review and approve entitlement requests, support the FiNet cybersecurity program, and manage tech-related inquiries.
In this role, you will:
+ Manage brokerage relationships and participate in moderately complex initiatives regarding servicing, support and growth
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements
+ Maintain and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical assignments that involve research, evaluation, and service
+ Build and maintain relationships and meet regularly with leaders to communicate trends and workable solutions
+ Provide recommendations to moderately complex issues and determine operational needs and manage relationships
+ Communicate trends and recommend solutions
+ Manage, support and resolve issues to ensure retention, growth and satisfaction
+ Provide analysis and negotiation of moderately complex contracts or issues
+ Manage projects, troubleshoots issues and follow up on operational, technical or transition issues
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Business Relationship experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Strong knowledge of technology hardware and brokerage software systems.
+ Familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management), SmartStation, and Advisor Gateway platforms.
+ Expertise in Windows operating systems, M365 mobile apps, BYOD environments, and Microsoft Cloud PC setups.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related tools.
+ Brokerage & Financial Experience
+ Deep understanding of brokerage operations and financial advisor workflows.
+ Ability to anticipate advisor needs and recommend technology solutions.
+ Experience working in a financial institution environment.
+ Strong communication skills to interact effectively with financial advisors and technology teams.
+ Ability to manage escalations and provide clear, actionable solutions.
+ Skilled in building relationships and acting as a trusted liaison.
Job Expectations:
+ Handle FiNet cybersecurity program related tasks and procedures
+ Review, approve, and submit brokerage application entitlements and tech requests.
+ Act as a bridge between IT and financial advisors, ensuring their technology needs are met.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to brokerage platforms.
+ Collaborate with FiNet practices to assist them with our software and hardware requirements.
+ This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
+ Follow enterprise guidelines related to in-person office work schedule. Currently, hybrid work schedule (at least 3 days in-person/week) - this is subject to change in the future.
