We are currently seeking Assistant Machine Operator/General Laborer for the Ravenna, OH Plant.

Pay: $21.28/hr

Shift Differential: 2nd Shift - $0.32/hr, 3rd Shift - $0.45/hr

Must be willing and able to work either 2nd (3-11) or 3rd Shift (11-7), Monday - Friday. Overtime: 2-3 Saturdays a month.

Primary duties include:

* Stacking products.

* Conducting quality checks.

* Material set-up.

* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

* Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a collaborative safety culture.

* Use problem-solving skills to ensure smooth production flow.

* Deliver high-quality products to meet customer expectations.

What you need to succeed:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on position.

* Able to work in a fast paced work environment.

* Have a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery.

* Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate power hand tools, and other duties as assigned.

* Maintain a clean work environment.

* Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.

* Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations.

* Ability to navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.

* Military training and or Technical School preferred

* Manufacturing experience (preferred) however not required - full training provided.

The starting rate is $21.28 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location.
