We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong VMware and Linux expertise to help transition from traditional VM configurations to modern pod-based architectures for improved scalability and flexibility. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers on system design, testing, and workflow optimization while ensuring stability and performance.

PAY RATE: 40-45hr

DURATION: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Hybrid onsite 3 days per week - Chandler, AZ

W2 ONLY - No third-party vendors, C2C, or Visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

+ Build and configure virtual machines and assist in migrating to pod-based environments.

+ Collaborate on system architecture diagrams and workflow improvements.

+ Test new versions and modules in controlled environments for reliability.

+ Support application module integration and system enhancements.

+ Troubleshoot and optimize Linux-based systems for efficiency and uptime.

Top Skills:

+ Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization and Linux administration.

+ Familiarity with pod/container-based architectures.

+ Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

+ Ability to work onsite 3 days per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.09 - $45.00/hr.
