**VCA Midpark Animal Hospital** is seeking a part-time **Licensed Veterinary Technician** who is passionate about veterinary medicine!

**Schedule:** Part- time opportunity, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7am - 4pm.

**Compensation:** The starting range for technicians is determined by licensure, skill set, and years of experience.

What** **You’ll** **Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):

+ Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-op recovery

+ Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs

+ Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the DVM

+ Collect samples and perform in-house laboratory diagnostics

+ Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments

+ Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care

+ Maintain accurate patient medical records
